The goal of this project was to create a calculator that collects detailed information about an organizer’s operations. Once the calculator aggregates all the data, it scores how efficient operations are and gives personalized recommendations on how to improve. Upon discussing this with the team, we decided that an interactive bot was the best solution for this project. That way we could make it more conversational and infuse the bot with much more personality than just a dropdown form. This would hopefully create less dropoff as the organizer went through the questions as well as making it a more delightful overall experience.
